>>14811866>what is free willHumans cause the suffering through our own choices. Free will requires a chance to choose wrong, a wrong choice is defined by its consequenses, so without the potential for bad consequenses there is no free will.
If God steps in at every wrong choice it would render free will as a concept useless and he would be stuck cleaning up after us until all eternety.
Now however, in this temporary sandbox world we can do whatever we want without causing eternal damage on the higher planes of existence. So we are here, left to experiment and figure things out just to get a chance of recognizing the error in our thinking, repeant of it and try to do better and as a result get a true faithfull follower, someone who wants to be with God, and walk in His ways even if he could choose not, someone who isnt an automaton or forced, but genuinly desiring and seeking God, rightousness, love and truth.
In this time, obviously many suffer, but you try to weigh limited and temporary suffering to eternal and unlimited bliss in the life to come as compansation for the suffering. There is nothing God cant heal and make up for and in light of that the self imposed suffering can hardly be anything God can be blamed for.
Literally the only way to do things differently, without potential for suffering, would be to remove our free will, rob us of our chances to choose.
