The officers tend to be a mixed bag as well, but it's rarely a mexican in charge of anyone. It's something like 30% white, 20% nog, and then various ethnic backround in low numbers from there. And no, most of them are not liberal. The majority of the time they might start out as that, but they quickly realize the green weenie is not what the fuck they think it is. The reason we see so many getting promoted is because the actually in charge promote them over the ones that tend to push back against their agenda more or less.
