Should I start regularly going swimming with an older married woman? Seems improper to me but she's been somewhat encouraging me to do it. Also on topic, how does swimming compare to lifting weights?

weights is resistance training and swimming's more like cardio
simplified version is weights increases strength, swimming increases enduratnce
for fat loss i think swimming might be a little better but resistance training is massively underrated, they might be equal
