I used to be Orthodox, and I know darn well there is no "Orthodox Church" there are a collection of individual jurisdictions that excommunicated each other. The local priest, and more likely his wife, decides everything then goes "bishop shopping" to get it made official.

There is one God, one Truth, one Christ, and he founded one Church.
