Make the rats suffer hung them upside down so they slowly starve while there blood collects upward killing them. Cut their little limbs so they can't move and place them in water washing them struggle. Hang them like the troons they are. Poison them by making any deadly concoction with bleach or cleaning supplies and watch them slowly gag and die.
