I require tons of intel, not the espionage way, knowledge of what works on the battlefield with the units Im provided. And that can only be achievable if multiple armies are roaming the lands.

Therefore the monarch plays more of an administrative role of managing from the capital, while satellites do the field work

i've incorrectly thought that the toughest places of battle was in the center but thats not true, its on the flanks where there could. infact protection of the flanks are very important to prevent enemy from going around my units

So here it is, My only option that remains is to starve people out or make them sally out to defeat them on the field.

My weapon that works universally against a myriad of different enemies from different warlike cultures is to use tons of archers and cavalry to clean up the battlefield afterward

Infact, I can headcanon the logistical switch from horseback to camel when taking over the desert to qwell some mental strife over the fact horses arent actually built for vast desert like the camel are. But tactically I think camel and horse are interchangeable mounts
