America should make a law that makes cities illegal in Wyoming, the Dakotas, Montana, Idaho, Washington, Oregon, and Colorado. Then, make a law that makes countryside living illegal in the rest of the country and make it only legal to build walkable cities in those other states. The states I mentioned earlier have cool mountains and lakes and nature so it makes perfect sense for someone to want to live in the countryside there, but the rest of the country is flat and boring and soulless so no one should ever want to live in the countryside there. Prove me wrong (you literally can't).
