I come before you with a humble request, /pol/. Please explain to me how I should deal with the complete and utter horseshit in picrel. How do I explain to him how fucking fucked up this is? I made him get a job (obviously) so he applied to his first job at an ice cream shop at 15 and showed me his email so I could help him e-sign documents and set up direct deposit and things like that.
Then I come upon THIS gem in his job contract. How did we allow society to get to this point? Are kids trying to get into the general labor force just expected to BOW DOWN to their corporate masters with tyrannical fucking threats of depriving employees of their pay for the personal profit of the managers of the establishment? I'm about ready to pay his future General Manager a personal visit and explain to him that he's not going to take tips from my son unless he wants me pull them right back out of his fucking narrow ass. And also what's with the "not singing" bullshit. They expect my song to SING at the fucking cashier station?

Maybe some of my fellow boomer anons have kids and have gone through this bullshit with trying to help their kid find a reasonable 1st job so that he can learn the value of the dollar and hard work.
