day 2 of looksmaxxing: did 23 pushup and 1 mile run, bought some chewing gums to chew all day so I hope I can develop a chin. also just realized pasta is evil once I eat even a tiny bit I can't stop

Your jawline will get progressively more visible as you lose your body fat, but you should probably exercise to make the exces skin tighten up.
You can just walk 15km+ a day and do a waterfast for the next month.
If you can already run and do pushups you should just do sets of three or five to Failure, otherwise you're just relying on lactic acid for a short burst.
But hey if you can run a mile with a bmi around 30 you're already pretty strong mentally...
