>>19404008ookay... prolly weren't good friends if you had to throw them out, but what do i know. i threw out all my friends too, i couldn't stand the superficiality of it all and the status chasing, rather than just being good friends. i don't like what social media, and in extension the internet, did to social dynamics, at least where i live. everyone is technology addicted around me, yet actively make the effort to distance themselves from this culture as if they are any different. i think they're all mentally ill just like us, all raised on the internet too, they just don't want to admit it and it frustrates me because i should be able to relate to all of these people, but they don't let me out of fear of being outed by other technology addicts who also are too afraid to admit that they're fucking junkies.
it's all just so delusional and i hate it because it's so insincere.
