Stage 0: No infection.
Stage 1: Incubation. This is caused by overexposure to gay threads and pornography. Any exposure will do it, even if you're fighting the good fight and telling pooftahs to fuck off. You can delay this stage indefinitely through Plague Doctor's old herbal remedies and going outside.
Stage 2: Urges. This is when you continue to expose yourself to the Gay without taking the proper precautions. The constant exposure poisons the mind and begins infecting the brain. This stage coincides with off-board behavior, such as becoming an avid Discord user and browsing /d/ or /hm/
Stage 3: Rapid onset. This is your last chance to cure The Gay. By now, the infection has begun spreading through the body and led to an increase in homosexual behavior and, more often than not, coincides with an increased addiction to pornography.
Stage 4: Metastasis. By now, it's too late. There are very few people who ever reach stage 4, but those that do are irrevocably changed by it and will never adjust their habits to attempt to reverse the infection.
It sounds like Stirb has reached stage 3, maybe stage 4. I've yet to examine the infected individual and will need more time to prep my hazmat suit.
