The trick to getting to sleep is routine. Turn the blue light filter on for your phone screen. Android has apps, like Twilight. IPhone has a built in dimmer, but it's not as good from what I've seen. Take 3-5mg of Melatonin 45 minutes before wanting to fall asleep. Get in bed, settle down, and when the melatonin starts to kick in, make sure to go with it and nod off. The 'Military Method' for falling asleep works well for relaxation too.
