Anyone else have to repeat themselves when talking to others on a constant basis? People always say "huh?"or "what?" before even trying to process what I've said.

I've tested it and when they say "huh?" I just don't repeat myself and they respond to what I've said. It's like use it as a way to get time to process what I've said by making me repeat myself while they think about it. It happens so often I'm always on the ready to repeat myself. I'm so used to it I start repeating myself before they're even done saying "huh?" but I still hate it and it makes me talk less.
