How accurate are Israeli birth certificates?
I'm dating a girl at my school who was adopted when she was "5," and her ID reflects this, it says she's 18. But she doesn't look, act, or feel 18. I feel like she's 15 or 16.
I know I'm legally in the clear since she's an 18 year old American, but is there any way to know how old she really is?
