The only thing unique about white imperialism is that we vastly improved the territories that we colonized in terms of education, infrastructure and general quality of life. How many lives have been saved in India by modern European medicine? The other unique thing about European imperialism is that we have attempted to make amends for mistakes we are responsible for the paradigm shift in thinking wherein slavery is considered a crime, we fought wars to free slaves from foreign actors, slaves we owed nothing to. In some cases even fought our own brothers to free slaves, 300,000 white union soldiers died to free slavery. Are they celebrated on "Juneteenth"? Was there a pan African fleet assembled to throw the yoke off their brothers enslaved in the Americas? Of course not, they are the ones who captured and sold them into slavery to begin with. Did the Arabs form a union declaring their unilateral opposition to slavery? Absolutely not, they were the ones the African warlords took bounties from to capture slaves for sale on the global market. It was white men who served to gain nothing, who gave their lives for that cause.
