Track your calorie intake, it doesnt matter what the calories came from in terms of fatloss, but obviously actual food like you just had for breakfast is ideal. As you track your calories pay attention to your weight, if you're gaining, you know you're eating too much, if you're losing, you're on the right track and if you're stagnant you're eating at maintenance.
