I’m doing some DD, not sure about Bolivian miners but I’m reading Barrick used to mine in their area, so that is notable. PAAS is also Nextdoor. Also the Bolivian govt already granted some favourable conditions to them so that’s a plus. Copper included too so that’s a plus in this market. Also I’m reading their 2023 corporate, which indicates 101m shares, and alas we’re still currently at that number. Hmm have they seriously not done raises in 2 years?
Pretty solid split of retail and institutional ownership, about 40/40, palisades owns a bit too. I like the “majority of property yet to be evaluated” disclaimer, reminds me of Blue Lagoon hype (in a good way).
Also the second-last slide shows a chart with a title “Porphyry deposits attractive to majors” followed by a chart with examples of acquisitions. I’m assuming then they are still planning just just develop the two main pieces, sell them during upcoming M/A cycle and maybe buy more properties?
