Now lets say you don't enjoy it. You obviously don't have the capacity to do gay shit or be gay.
Say you enjoy doing butt stuff with men and women because it feels good but you don't want to be romantically involved with a man. You have the capacity to do gay shit but don't have the capacity to be full blown gay.
Lastly lets say you enjoy being with men intimately but don't enjoy the butt stuff. You have the capacity to be gay but can't do gay shit.
You see it all really boils down to sex vs romance. Gays exclusively like sex with men and exclusively like romance with men.
Bi's usually enjoy romance and sex with women but HAVE THE CAPACITY to have sex with men if they want to while not wanting to be romantically involved with men. (I can't speak for all bi's as I'm sure there's some that lean more towards men.)
Of course straight men exclusively have sex with women and can only be romantically involved with women.
I think it all comes down to who you get romantically involved with. Gays can only be romantically involved with other men. As a bisexual I can only be involved romantically with women but I enjoy being with men sexually to get off.
