anyway that dish is called Couscous and it's basically one of our culturally defining meals. it's good and we mostly make it during special occasions I.e during the eid or when someone gets married etc. it has a really special place in our heart and it tastes like heaven when made with motherly love, you can put anything on it and it still tastes great, fish, meat, veggies even something sweet like pomgranate and it still tastes great
