sleep is easily one of the most important things you can do for your body. if you havent already, try going to bed at a reasonable time like 10-11 and wake up early to feel better

I do it occasionally.
Sometimes I'll wake up standing in some random part of the house or someone who saw me told me i was acting oddly in the middle of the night.
I also say some weird stuff in my sleep, mostly just babble though sometimes I'll start screaming.

When i said i was bad at sleeping i didn't only mean at going to sleep.
I also sometimes euffer from sleep paralysis which i think we already talked about and some rather unpleasant nightmares, i also almost never remember any non nightmare dreams i have if i even have any.
Sleep would be a thing i could live without desu.
