Just had 150mcg last tuesday, had the usual laughter fits and visuals (lots of symmetric repetition on surfaces, especially hexagonal, all textures seeming more pronounced, more vivid colours) but also had a very beautiful experience of feeling my mind at peace, actually shed some tears because it was really wonderful. Definately worth trying imo, if you're interested in your psyche and altered states of consciousness
