And other than that I just started counting calories and my diet automatically adapted itself to be healthier
I eat much more fruit and vegetarian stuff and I work in healthy snacks inbetween meals
I lost about 25 pounds I think, and yeah now I'm pretty damn happy with how I look
I have abs, I can wear shirts that fit tight and my face has sharper features
Still gotta work on muscle tone a little but overall I'm pretty good
