You dont eat garbage right /pol/? If you are really trying to resist the grasp of the jew, your body must be healthy and free of garbage. Your diet should consist of:

>grass fed meat, including fat
>plenty of fish and fish oil
>vegetables, especially leafy greens
>fruit low in glycemic index
>garlic (and 0nions)
>zero sugar, or as little as possible
>very limited carbs unless bulking, and always whole grain over white flour
>no processed food of any sort

Keep in mind that government dietary guildines are nearly always inaccurate or outright wrong and deceptive, such as the case of demonizing fat, (essential to hormone production such as testosterone) while promoting carbohydrates (which along with sugars are the reason for obesity in the west)
