>>864906Where I live, it gets so bad that people do end up dying pretty much annually. Every summer you hear about how this person died, or how that person died, all because of the heat and humidity. There's constant reminders to stay indoors during the height of summer, and to drink plenty of water. Also, most people who live here are overweight, and that only makes it worse.
I will never understand how anyone would willingly live this far south (outside of how cheap it is), and say that they prefer warmer weather to cooler.
Colder weather is the best! You get to bundle up and wear all sorts of great things! In the heat, down here, you just.... slowly suffer.... and take plenty of cold showers.
