I am addicted to porn. It started a long time ago when I was in school. I have been using it for years. I didn't know it was a problem when I started. I was a horny teacher and every guy I knew watched it too. Now I know better and want to quit, but, I'm finding it very difficult.
I have had bad habits before. I used to smoke cigarettes (2 Packs a day) and drink too much alcohol (1 Bottle of Whiskey a day)! I really fucked myself up for a while, but, I'm happy to say that I managed to quit both of those habits cold turkey. I haven't touched either cigarettes or alcohol in many years, but, I am finding quitting porn a lot more difficult and here is why.
Your body does not require alcohol or cigarettes in a day, but, we are biologically programmed to release semen. Every day there is a parcel and it needs to be delivered. It is the exorcist, my head is spinning and I need to get the evil out of me somehow, or I will be very angry and uncomfortable. Ideally, I would have a girlfriend to use (and sometimes I do), but, even then my sex drive is always higher and I resent being at the mercy of her schedule. I've even seen some men say you are not allowed to jerk off when you quit. Please tell me exactly how is that supposed to work? are you really only supposed to ejaculate by having sex in a woman? What if you don't have a girlfriend? What if you do, but, she is being a cunt and withholding sex? I need a way to release tension without it being a destructive habit.
