She usually is portrayed with the other main girls of her schools senshadou club, but it always kinda looks like she’s standing slightly to the side of them almost as if she doesn’t really belong with them. I know that Rosie is from a poorer family and the way she acts as well as her saying “desu wa” indicates how she tries really hard to be more fancy in order to fit in with the other girls. I imagine that that might actually weigh down on her quite a lot. I’d consider them her friends, but then again she hasn’t really been portrayed as having a particularly deep relationship with anyone else, so who really knows. I think I’d get along with them
