Dissociatives will just disconnect you from reality, you might just see some distortions or structures and such. Delliriants will make you actually hallucinate other people and such, but it probably won't be your waifu but some frightening shadow people and delirium state is extremely unpleasant anyway. Psychodelics can range from seeing some aztec patterns when you close your eyes to full on journey to alien realms and talking with machine elves but still no waifu to be found.
Like other anon said, just invest in lucid dreaming if you want. This is going to give you much better waifu-related experience than any drug that I know of when taken by someone inexperienced*. Also just use your imagination, with practice it shouldn't be that hard for you to imagine her being next to you, interact with her and such. It is possible to immerse yourself deeply into that wonderland and it really doesn't gate much better than that. And of course dakimakura is the easiest option to get closer to your waifu. No amount of pure imagination can really compare with just being able to sleep cuddled with your loved one every night.
