Again, yes he sucks and everyone hates him but what's your big plan other than bitch and moan? He's most likely here for good until he loses interest thanks to the attention he gets. On top of that, his shitty images are more thread related than the ecchi and other low quality shitposts that happen here, so it's not like his posts will get removed.
Best thing you can do is make a thread and specify in the OP that it's solo pics only, when he shows up, message a mod and explain. Other than that, I'm sure you could continue the "bitch and moan" tactic, it's working wonders.
