still in regards to that other image that you're actually talking about, her cameltoe is extremely defined and one of the main focuses of the image. it's understandable how that was seen as lewd and deleted as she could have been wearing nothing at all and the only thing that would change would have been the color - there was no point in adding in her cameltoe and if it was edited out then there's no reason for it to be deleted again.
things like defined cameltoes or erect nipples can easily be seen as lewd
