If you've been following this latest poll you'll see very confusing, in my opinion, Top 3, but if you know who are they voiced by then you would think everything makes sense.
About Eli. She is boring, sure. It seems that both series want that silent, loving, caring 3rd year to make things comfy. I liked her not because of the personality, but because of her purpose in the show. Honk learned responsibility from her.
About Honk's retardation. Leaving things half finished is something she would normally do so it wasn't out of character, besides she wasn't the only retard back then.
