IMO what was worse was making Jaina 'woke' then doing precisely nothing with that, or worse, making other characters forget their characterization because they need to maintain the status quo and only figured out AFTER The Enola Gob dropped it's bomb that Jaina can't do that anymore. Case in point, at the end of Siege of Orgrimmar, Varian inexplicably forgets that he hates the Horde and decides to make peace, because the voice of peace is now the voice of reason, and his son has no power. Like....wut?(Lets not even get started on that backstabbing prick Khadgar and his Hordeboner in Legion)
And not to be a downer, but it's not like they couldn't, they already gave us the Origins skin, which while incredibly minor is them essentially saying "Hey you remember how Lena was back then(Even though they didn't show us)? Yeah you won't get that back." At this point I'd fully expect them Punished Tracer and her vengeful crusade against MASKFACE. I'd honestly prefer a Talonifed Tracer being canon over her inexplicably losing all her...goodness.

Puppies would be nice, as I'm mostly suffering through Overhell mixed with replaying Metro myself, it's a very comfy game really, I'd recommend it if you have a spare few bucks.
