Look at the suit. Look at how thick it is. There's no way it fits to shape that accurately, and they aren't always naked beneath either which would just make it that much harder for a cameltoe to show.
Why isn't the depiction of sexual organs on a person when them being there defies reason not sexual? It can certainly be depicted that way.
