>>4363835It's true that we shouldnt assume Tomoko doesnt brush just because we havent ever seen her do so, but I think its pretty clear from her design that the intention was to pass the idea that her hair (and arguably herself in general) is unkempt to some extent. I think it's curious how we get to see her hair even messier than usual sometimes though
