Real lolis in her series though are shown to be sub 4' and act like actual children (Rom, Ram, P-Ko, etc.) and are the ones who get called lolis, whereas Neptune isn't called a loli and gets treated like the women she is. As for her age she's at the very least 20 years old since thats how long the main 4 games take place, but she's probably a hundred or so based off of text, lore, and how CPU's work in the Nepverse.
