It's a bad crossover pic because there's nothing about it that's like Lilly at all, a good pic has to keep both parts intact, you can't just change one character entirely to match the new world, that doesn't make any sense.
Here's a good crossover pic, notice how Lilly is still Lilly and not someone else entirely.
