c.ai without making a private version of the bot yourself. Most of the popular public bots are poorly setup with a bad long description and the advanced definition (which determines most of the textgen e.g. speaking patterns, personality) is either left blank or they just dump some shitty test chat in there and call it a day. Local models are probably more flexible but I've gotten a lot of mileage out of private bots. You'd be amazed how much you can control through the advanced definition once you understand how to set it up properly. Pic related is one I've been training recently.
