Rem may have been insecure about herself in relation to her sister, but she managed to figure that out and become content with who she was as an individual. Perhaps the only way I could push her to be better would be to rely more on herself instead of constantly thinking of others. But thats honestly one of the qualities that makes me love her, so perhaps there really isnt anything to change.
For me, she would push me to believe in myself more and be more confident in myself as a whole; along with helping me become able to do basic tasks around the houseand overall just be more responsible.

My only real hobbies are consuming media and such. Maybe she'd get me into more normal hobbies. I wouldn't mind getting into cooking or gardening if I could do it with her
