>>3208972I assume her father educated her, since the world was screwed up big time when she was born, but her father was an engineer/scientist who performed the alteration surgery on her presumably on his own, so he was a very well-educated person. Suguri probably learned a hell of a lot of material from her father. Well, that's what I think, anyway. Her intelligence isn't really ever brought up anywhere, so I can't say anything definite. But after so many millennia, she's bound to have picked up a lot of knowledge. I'm positive she could outsmart me, but that isn't much of a challenge to begin with. She seems to be the intuitive type.
