Rei Q currently has zero merchandise that is related to Rebuild as a promotion - it's too early for that. But she has less merchandise than the rest.
Separate between franchise tie-in merchandising like you post there (EVA + restaurant) and actual promotional material, that advertises the show itself. The story, the Rebuilds. Rei is there relegated to pushing beers and crappy food. Not a good thing.
