Either it's so directly opposite of their values that it's comedic, or it's who they could've been in a different world, which you don't seem to have an issue with. There's definitely a small gray area of characters between those two extremes that this would be totally uninteresting for, but moe characters that you mentioned like Bocchi and Mio definitely fall into the first camp. I really don't see what wouldn't be entertaining about distortions of characters I'm interested in, it's even a pretty common media trope that I tend to enjoy, so long as (assuming the distortion to be extreme) it's not actually added to what is official in my mind, it's fine; and a silly drawing of a cute nazi certainly doesn't count as official (even if she tries to come across as such).
