It's still plenty early enough for you to change your focus with school, don't do something you hate. Even if you want to drop out for awhile or all together I'd say go for it.
I'm 22 and wasted 2 years of school because I was majoring in something I didn't want to, changing to something I liked has helped a lot; if I switched earlier I could have saved some time and money.
Your parents might be mad but they'll understand.
