This person clearly uses Rei to get attention for herself. Otherwise she wouldn't be dressing up as Rei or showing her face for that matter. True dedication is when you don't mark your work. Don't even put you name on it. When you do something for Rei. It's only Rei. Otherwise one does it for recognition. It's not bad for us because one can find the people that create Rei's images, but the intent behind every pic is different.
