While you almost certainly will need to purchase the dress separately (which may or may not be an issue depending on how dedicated you are to your craft) the rest of the components to this look are incredibly easy to come by, and the "billowy" look of the dress leaves more leeway with regards to the overall fit, the importance of which I'll leave to you, but I can't stress it enough!
Personally, I'd go with this, it's minimal, eye-catching, and people will still know who you are.
