What I want is an exchange system: something that allows you to swap a skin/emote/etc you already have for either a palette swap or another of equal value. For example, I've got Tracer's Summer Games runner skin, which I like but I'd still trade it for the Union Jack one in a heartbeat. But that would probably break a lot of the incentive for people to keep grinding/paying for boxes, so I doubt it'll happen.
