I'd prefer it to be cameos rather than a plot point though, because them actually being Chi and Yuu would really nullify some of the blow of the ending to SSR. At first I thought that it was just tkmiz being cheeky (Yuu in a restaurant called heaven saying she's glad she died to poke fun at the fans who insisted that they teleported to safety or something like that), but Chapter 13 makes me think that this is in a way a continuation of their story. I don't know, maybe it is just tkmiz indulging the audience a bit and letting us see them happy, even if it's non-canon, but if it is meant to be the afterlife/their consciousness surviving in a computer I really wouldn't like that.
