tl,dr of mine: Yes consequences are in order, but without any real animosity is shown towards the entire rest of the Talon cast by the Overwatch cast, with the exclusion of Reaper, and only then by people who know, then it just seems excessively targeted at the least deserving of them all(Given that Widow wasn't actually given a choice about joining, the rest were). And until that time it's simply intolerable.
Although it's a lose-lose either way. Either Overwatch DOESN'T know, and they're apparently braindead, but the spite is entirely appropriate. Or they DO, in which case it paints them, objectively, including Tracer, as not actually being as good as they are -stated- to be(Note: In this scenario, they ARE still good, just not TOTALLY good....then again Jack and Ana really aren't good anyway), until such a point as any thought is shown in-character by any of them.
Of course the winning option(I hope) is we presumably agree Blizzard is just bad at telling stories and all join together in laughing at them(While dying inside). Plus Hana is always nice.
