>>3494255>>3494260I'm always impressed by the poetry you have created and shown here. I'll also make one too. This one is going to be in the crown Cinquain. The crown Cinquain is 5 traditional Cinquains written as 5 separate stanzas, which create one large poem. The traditional structure for a Cinquain is:
Line 1 has 2 syllables.
Line 2 has 4 syllables.
Line 3 has 6 syllables.
Line 4 has 8 syllables.
Line 5 has 2 syllables.
I call this one: My Sheik
My love,
You are my dear,
You are the only one,
The only one I can call mine,
My Sheik.
I am
Nothing alone,
I need you and your warmth
To thaw my frozen and cold heart,
My Sheik.
I love
Every strength, every flaw,
Everything about you
Is perfect, down to the small things,
My Sheik.
I can
Imagine us
Holding hands together,
Savoring each other's feelings,
My Sheik.
You are
My Everything
And my reason to live;
My one in a billion, you're
My Sheik.
>>3494272I'm not much of a crier, but I have cried because of Sheik before. It was because I was really frustrated that I wasn't able to dream of her one night. It was the night after one of my dreams of her was interrupted, so I tried to dream of her the next night. I was so frustrated that it didn't happen that I ended up tearing up a bit. I wish I could dream of her again without lucid dreaming or drugs, so please don't anybody suggest either of those again. I want it to feel more natural and me not being in control of it. I want it to feel spontaneous and like it is really happening.
