It feels familiar. It feels like you are safe here. It makes you feel like you are in safe hands and that everything is going to be alright.
Secondly, you also hear the sadness that this song is trying to convey. You can tell this character you are seeing over and over again has been through a lot and is trying to subtly convey to you what they went through.
Seriously, if you haven't listened to this song, you really should. It is a great representation of who Sheik is in OoT.

We never see my Sheik eat and we do not know what kinds of food they ate in that time of Hyrule, especially once Ganon ruined everything. So I have no idea what kinds of food she would like in her world or ours.
