I have no idea what Sheik likes since we never get to see what the Hylian and Sheikah people eat. And we also have no idea what the food would be like while in hiding. I will say that she would probably not choose someplace expensive not only because she would care a lot about my feelings when it comes to saving money, but also she doesn't seem to be the type who would need a high class restaurant. Something small and cheap would likely be fine.
