However, I didn't fall in love with her until I read the recently completed manga version in February of this year, which was a much more complete adaptation of the LN than the anime was. I got that empty feeling when I reached the ending, and it took a little while after that to make sense of my feelings. It was honestly a fluke that I even decided to read the manga, seeing that it is barely talked about anywhere anymore, and I would never have thought beforehand I would fall for the main character like that. I have no regrets.
